Performing a simulation

We are now ready to do a real simulation, and proceed by selecting “Simulation view” from the “Special” menu.

Note that you will most likely see a different number in the “Seed” field, but do not worry about that. At this stage we only need to consider a few things in this view: The “Sim.” column (the column in the table with all the ‘√’ signs) and the “# Main simul. runs” field.

In the “Sim” column you specify which nodes to store on file during a simulation. To check and uncheck, you just click the ‘√’ signs.
